It was announced last week that the Hyundai Genesis brand, a brand new global luxury division of Hyundai, is expected to produce six new cars by the year 2020.
Focused on performance, design, and technology, Genesis hopes to redefine luxury, offering vehicles that are “human-centered” and attentive to driver and passenger needs. Ease of customer experience is also an important part of the Genesis brand.
According to Hyundai, Genesis brand models will forego the overload of technology found in most competitive car brands and will instead focus on delivering a customized experience to drivers. Genesis will provide optimal options to its customers and offer swift customer service for a totally streamlined, customer-friendly service.
A distinct brand identity is currently being developed in order to set the brand apart, including a redesigned winged emblem for a high-end look. Genesis models will all be named with a G and a number such as 70 or 80 in reference to their segment.
Hyundai is excited for the release of the Genesis vehicles and the global impact they will have on the luxury market with their alternative dedication not to excessive technology but to a customized service experience.
