Hyundai-Rams Partnership Kicks Off

footballIt isn’t uncommon for automotive brands to partner with major sports teams, and that’s exactly what Hyundai did with the Los Angeles Rams. The Korean automaker signed on as an official automotive sponsor of the returning NFL team, adding to its growing list of sports partnerships. As fans would expect, the Hyundai-Rams partnership has some sweet benefits.

First, the automaker will feature its very own display inside the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and an interactive activation will be set up outside the stadium. Hyundai will also sponsor the “Under the Lights” digital video series as well as present a series of infographics on the Rams’ Twitter, Facebook, and other social media accounts.

“As we kick off our inaugural season back home in Los Angeles, we look forward to working with the team at Hyundai to engage our fans and their customers through unique content and activations all season long,” said Mike O’Keefe, Rams VP of corporate partnerships.

It’s been 21 years since resident of Los Angeles had a home football to cheer for in the NFL. The Hyundai-Rams partnership is the newest addition to Hyundai’s growing list of sponsorships. Other NFL teams include the Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins.
